U:NIQUE Magazine e-booklet
The Exploring Identity and Purpose digital resource provides students with the opportunity to discuss issues related to their identity and their uniqueness. As well as discussing social and philosophical approaches to this topic, students can reflect on the importance of identity in the Christian faith. The differences and similarities between beliefs can be used to develop student's understanding of the issue of identity and the reasons for these different approaches.

This resource provides students with the opportunity to discuss issues related to their identity and uniqueness. The U:NIQUE e-booklet contains articles that will generate discussion around this topic. There are articles from young people who have had contact with the Message Trust and who talk openly about the different struggles they have faced with the issue of identity and how they have dealt with these. There are also articles from an ex –offender and an Olympic Paralympian, who both share their experiences of finding their true identity and what identity means to them. This resource also contains brief overviews of biblical characters whose identity was changed when they experienced a defining moment in their life. There are eight worksheets that can be used independently or alongside the U:NIQUE Magazine. These worksheets can be used to support class discussion or as homework and assessment tasks.
